Cancellation Policy
48 HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
•Any appointments that are canceled or rescheduled after the 48 hour window are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) & charge(s).
•Any appointments that are “NO SHOWED” will be subject to 100% of scheduled service(s) & charge(s).
(“NO SHOWED” = When a client DOES NOT show up at the time of their appointment).
•4 week appointment fee - if you are at/or on week 4 of your appointment time, an automatic fee of $10 will be added to each service. Appointments past or on 4 weeks require more time, maintenance & product.
•Fee will be applied to day of appointment changes (ex: having “blinged out nail art” booked & deciding not to get it) (ex: having a pedicure & manicure booked anid only getting the pedicure).
•3.5% fee will be added to ALL card transactions.
To avoid the card fee you can use these other forms of payments (Venmo, Apple Cash, Zelle, or Cash). I highly encourage these forms of payments!
•10 minute late grace period.
Please reach out if you think you will be late. I totally understand things happen and I will do my best to preform your service! Understand your appointment may be subject to cancellation with fee.
•Please confirm appointment(s) when conformation is sent out. All appointments that aren’t confirmed 24 hours may be subject to cancellation with a “no show” fee charged.
•If you’re sick please stay home. DO NOT come to your appointment(s). Anyone showing symptoms of being sick at the time of their appointment(s), will have their appointment(s) cancelled with a fee of 100% of the service(s). This is for my safety & others!
•Text me at (651)332-6150 when you have arrived. Please refrain from coming straight back to my suite, I will message you back when I am ready for you. You can sit in our lobby during open hours or in your car. When the building is locked I will send you a guest pass link to get inside.
Providing the best possible service during your visit is my highest priority. Time allotted for your appointment is reserved especially for you! I respect your time & ask you to do the same for me.
