48-HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% fee of scheduled services. NO-SHOWS are charged 100%. A no-show is not arriving for your appointment at the scheduled time. APPOINTMENT CHANGES: Day-of changes to booked services (ex: removing nail art or dropping a manicure/pedicure) may still be charged based on the original booking. LATE POLICY: 10–15 minute grace period. Please text if you’re running late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened/modified service or cancellation with applicable fees. ARRIVAL: Text (651) 332-6150 when you arrive. Please do not come directly to my suite. I will message you when I’m ready. You may wait in the lobby or your vehicle. If the building is locked, I’ll send a guest pass link. PAYMENT: A 3.5% card processing fee applies to all card transactions. Avoid the fee with Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash App or cash. DEPOSITS: A non-refundable, non-reusable & non-transferable deposit is required for acrylic soak-off + new sets when the existing nails were not done by me. No exceptions. SICKNESS POLICY: If you are sick, please stay home. DO NOT come to your appointment. Anyone showing symptoms of illness, or knowingly coming in while sick, may have their appointment canceled with a 100% fee. This policy protects my health and the health of my clients.
